These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SuriXperts Pty Ltd ("SuriXperts", "we", "us", "our") website and any SEO, digital marketing or related services provided by us. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
SuriXperts provides search engine optimisation, AI SEO, AEO, GEO, technical SEO, local SEO and content marketing services to businesses operating in Adelaide and South Australia. Specific service inclusions, timelines and deliverables for each engagement are outlined in an individual client proposal or agreement.
Search engine and AI platform rankings are determined by algorithms outside our control. While we apply proven, ethical methodologies to improve visibility, SuriXperts does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels or lead volumes. We do guarantee transparent reporting and diligent execution of agreed strategy.
Clients agree to provide timely access to relevant website, hosting, analytics and Google Business Profile accounts where required, and to provide accurate business information necessary to deliver services effectively.
Fees for ongoing SEO packages are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Services operate on a month-to-month basis with no long-term lock-in contract, and either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice.
All content, optimisation work, reports and data produced during an engagement belong to the client upon full payment. SuriXperts retains the right to reference completed work, in general terms, for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, SuriXperts is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of our services or website, including loss of rankings, revenue or data, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
